'Rubber Stamp supplies' encompasses everything from the actual stamps themselves, right through to inks, pads, replacement dies, plates, mounts and cushions.

Buying unmounted stamp dies and mounting them on your own is becoming very popular. There are a number of different mounting materials, the most popular being wood and acrylic. Wood is typically 3/4" high unfinished Hard Maple Wood Strips with groove.

Acrylic mounts : 1/2" thick transparent acrylic mounting blocks, to be used with foam mounting cushion and cling vinyl for temporary mounting of your collection of unmounted stamps. This mounting system has the advantage of lowering your cost, since you can purchase your stamps unmounted.

With any mount you will need some cushioning, and black foam mounting cushion is very popular. This is what allows the stamp to "give" as you press it onto your paper, and is necessary for even, consistent printing of the stamp image. It is sold separately for your use in mounting unmounted stamps. A peel and stick backing is easily removable from both sides of the cushion, making it easy to use.

Other supplies include inks and pads which come in a multitude of types and styles.
